One clear view, start to finish.

1. Search acceptance agents

Search by city or ZIP code and compare AA and CAA profiles. An IRS directory listing does not mean the provider has a Quick ITIN Connect account.

2. Choose your provider

Open a profile and select Start with this provider. The contact form confirms your selected provider's name before you share information.

3. Request a private introduction

Provide your contact details and communication preferences. Read the notices and authorize sharing with your chosen provider. Do not include SSNs, ITINs or tax documents.

4. Review your confirmation

Keep your reference number. The confirmation states whether your request was sent to the provider or saved without delivery and shows permitted contact details. A saved request does not mean the provider received it.

5. Arrange services with the provider

Confirm service scope, professional fees and secure document handling directly with your provider. The provider collects its professional fees directly. This contact form is not a W-7 application or taxpayer checkout.
